Payman Parseyan is Rick's campaign manager. He's a former law enforcement officer, restaurateur, and currently a project manager. He's also been involved in politics within the city of Edmonton and Alberta's government.
When he's not working or campaigning, Payman is either coaching boxing, involved with the city's multicultural communities, or out of town being an amateur astronomer.
David Clement, a former policy advisor to Peterson’s 2020 Conservative leadership bid, will be joining Peterson’s Edmonton Strathcona campaign as Senior Policy Advisor.
Based in Oakville Ontario, Mr. Clement holds a BA in Political Science and a MA in International Relations from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he served as the Research Assistant to the Canada Research Chair in International Human Rights. David regularly covers consumer regulations for national publications such as the National Post, Globe and Mail, and Toronto Star.
He has been invited to provide expert testimony in front of Ontario’s Standing Committee on Social Policy, BC’s Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services, the Canadian Senate’s Committee on National Finance and is a stakeholder on the Canadian Free Trade Agreement’s Regulatory Reconciliation and Cooperation Table.
Ethan Dorward is our Volunteer Coordinator. You will likely get to know him well if you sign up to volunteer for the campaign.
Ethan is a world traveler, UofA graduate, and bunny dad to Lavender. He has a keen interest in both politics and philosophy, especially as they relate to leadership.
He has had the privilege of working with three political campaigns, and the offices of MLA Jackie Lovely and MP James Cumming. He also volunteers with Boyle St., Edmonton Foodbank, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton.
He's hopeful that he can continue to grow in and contribute to the amazing Edmonton community!
